Brief 10 YCN Whistles - Ideas

Whistles Idea development

From the research i gathered and what i know about the brand i developed some ideas  of how i wanted the decent to look, taking some things i know like how as a brand they pride themselves on the presentation and the top quality service they provide i started to think about the kind of service i could provide with the scent. So how it could be displayed in the shop or how it might be handed out, this then took me too tester bottles so people who come to the shop could have a tea of the smell, these would be in the form of a small bottle. Along with this there could also be a strip of paper that has the smell sprayed on it.

Examples of tester bottles that i could use

i really like this bottle above, i think it will work well with the aesthetic of the brand, i think it offers more of a high quality aesthetic than something that is just sprayed out of a nozzle which i feel doesn't allow you to control the amount you want out, and if you want a high quality service you will want to dispense as much as you want, using this bottle that is possible.

Naming of the scent ideas

After looking at some scents i created a list of different scents that are associated with high end smells and some that i can apply to the Whistles scent, which will be quite an expensive scent,

I also found that some scents use the word 'hint' to describe what smells are within that particular scent, i thought this was a good word to use.

Below i then created a points system to label each bottle, with the main smell having a large number above 100 and also are given a letter of the Alphabet, shown below. Then the added, less prominent smells have a smaller number, then depending on whats in that bottle the numbers are added up and thats the name of the bottle.

I then produced an example so i could see how it would work. To see if it all worked out and produced a number that i could use. I created a women scent which is shown below and then a mans scent shown below.
